If you don't know the books, come hear how others have used them and their recommendations for success.
And, of course, you will love chatting with the author, Trudy Ludwig!
These are amazing picture books to use in your classroom anytime, but, especially, in the first couple weeks of a new school year to set a positive social-emotional tone for the year.
Ludwig will also share info on the benefits of reading literary fiction as it promotes empathy, builds social emotional competencies,
fosters pro-social attitudes and behaviors,
and challenges existing prejudices and stereotypes.
Target Audience: Teachers of elementary and middle school students.
